This apartment complex is probably the cleanest complex I've lived in and the views are absolutely spectacular of the mountains when I'm used to looking at another skyscraper across the way. The property manager herself treats her residents like her own family and that is super important to me when looking at for a place to rent. Keep up the great work!

Have lived here for 3 years, have truly enjoyed living here, any request I made or complaints Tracey handle it with respect and in a very timely matter, always was supper professional and helpful and always very sweet with every interaction! The building I lived in was very quiet, never had any issues! Sad to be leaving, very clean, loved the pool and playground for kids!

I scheduled a tour with Sophia at 1 and arrived in town sooner than expected. She was able to get us in sooner and it was great since we came from out of town. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, as we have not been through the leasing process before. I feel good leaving my son in a nice secure place. I know if I needed her help she would be there in a second, makes the mom feel less anxiety ?. If you are looking for a place to rent for your kids leaving the nest, I would highly recommend, price point is good for first time starters. Thank you for all your help today!

01.16.24 @ 1:15p.m. - Made an impromptu visit looking for an apartment here. The two ladies (I apologize, I failed to get your names for proper kudos.) in the front office were very professional, well put together, listened to my needs, were extremely courteous and jovial. Even though things didn't work out this time around. Should anything happen in the future, I would not hesitate to want to rent from Fox Hill Apartments because of them. Thank you ladies! I loved it here. I’ve been deciding between a few apartment complexes for a little while now and I have to say, everything here was amazing. The property was kept nice, the buildings were clean, and the unit I toured was in perfect, move-in ready shape. Don’t believe stupid/rude people online about the property being bad or being charged for things that you shouldn’t have…. That’s illegal for any company to do. But to act like a child and slander the assistant manager, manager or property or whoever shows your intelligence lol Iv lived here for yeeeaars, with the old owners and with the new owners, and have loved everyday being here, everyone here is extremely professional and caring about the residents. 99% of the employees have been apart of this property for longer then any resident that I know of so that should say how amazing this place is to live let alone work. Thats is why I moved in here, because of the employees, and the look of the property, if they have worked here that long, that tells me that the company running it cares about their employees and tenants. Wasn’t even going to leave a review, I was getting on here originally to get on their online website to look up something and seen the horrible and lying reviews about this place and just wanted to let anyone that reads this to know that this is a place to call home, and you can’t beat the hospitality, look, and kindness that you get from this property!!!!!!

I have leased here in the past, and enjoyed it the first go around. I just moved back in a few months ago to another apartment and building after renting all over Casper and am still very happy with leasing here! The ladies in the office are incredibly kind, answer all my questions, always make me feel so welcome, and are really just a true pleasure to work with. The apartments are clean, they keep up on maintenance, and allow pets which is rare in Casper as of late. I’m thankful to all the Foxhill office ladies and to have the chance to have a clean and safe space to live.

We lived here for 2 years. Fox Hill is clean. Natasha and Traci has always been very easy to talk to they are friendly and listens to concerns if something is broke it is fixed right away. The maintenance guys are trustworthy I had not a second thought about them being in our home if they need to fix something while I was at work they are very trustworthy and nice.

All of the gals in the office are so nice, friendly, and professional. You feel truly welcomed, and cared for as a resident. Also, Foxhill is taken care of. Every week a vacuuming company is in the halls vacuuming, keeping the carpets clean. Every so often I've seen people outside in the halls, touching up the paint and other details. The maintenance workers are always on top of everything. They are always keeping busy, and it shows. The courtyard area out back is beautiful, and so well kept. For the most part, you have a decent crowd here. I have yet to have any issues with a neighbor. This is an absolutely wonderful, beautiful place to live. You won't be disappointed with choosing Foxhill as your home-- I loved it so much, I still haven't left! :-)

great place, very affordble and staff is friendly and helpful. lived here for 12 months. any time something needed to be fixed the maintenance people showed up to our door within 15 minuted of calling. Ive never had that kind of service at any complex. grounds are kept clean, grass mowed and snow plowed etc. I do wish they would tow abandoned cars with flat tires etc from the property though. but I would 10/10 reccomend

My husband and I just vacated after 3 years of residing here because we bought a home. The first year we were there we had problems with noise and people smoking cigarettes and pot in the hallways. We wanted to leave but it was what we could afford, I have to say they were quick to take action and always came when we had a problem and did their very best to fix it. We recently had a leak above us causing our bathroom ceiling to sink and they came right in and fixed it, my only complaint with that is the workers were very messy and did not clean up after themselves. The last year they have changed so much, it is no longer a bunch of loud obnoxious college kids. It is more family oriented and I would recommend them to anyone wanting an affordable clean rental.
